| The "PostData Viewer" is a
small utility program that allows easy viewing of HTML encoded strings
containing pairs of fields and values. Additionally, if the
string contains a URL then that URL is viewable as well.
HTML Encoded Strings
HTML encoded strings are commonly encountered in
file attachments sent from HTML forms and in URLs that are used to
transfer information.
Example
The following HTML encoded string:

in+a+tabular+form+by+choosing+the+View+in+Table+command+from+the+system+
