Icon Collector Graphics Editor: Import Image Tool

Summary: Opens an image file and
converts it into one of the image sizes used by the program. After using this tool,
you can use the Convert Size command to its size or the conversion commands that change
the number of colors used by the image (2 Colors, 16 Colors, 256 Colors, or True Color).
This tool is great for creating high-quality thumbnail images.
Options allow you to preserve the aspect ratio, crop the image, select an image size, and
the image area to import.
