The 'Icon Collector Graphics
Editor' is a 32-bit Windows 95/98/NT application program designed to be the
perfect editor for small graphic images. Supports multiple levels of undo/redo as well as
the ability to edit multiple images at the same time. Contains a formidable set of
editing tools such as area, line, color picker, rectangle, ellipse, screen capture,
eraser, flood fill, pencil, brush, draw text, nudge, and flip tools. The program is easily
expandable with supplementary files that provide new editing tools and support for
additional file formats.
Current version for download is v4.11 (January 20,

NOTE: This program works with Windows NT (tested with NT Workstation
4.0).

Icon Collector
The 'Icon Collector' is a Windows 3.1x application program designed to
assist with the creation and management of large numbers of icons. It provides many
features that icon programs are simply not designed to have. Because it works seamlessly
with most third-party icon editors, you can keep the familiarity and features of your
favorite editor and extend your productivity with the new tools that it provides.Current version for download is v2.11 (January 22, 1999).
